Delete your Agent Notifier account

Delete in the app

Account deletion is available directly in Agent Notifier on both iPhone and Android.

1. Open Agent Notifier.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Account actions.
4. Choose Delete account.
5. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you uninstalled the app

The current web app at /app does not yet expose the same account deletion control. If you no longer have the app installed, email getnexaitech@gmail.com from the email address on your Agent Notifier account. We honour account deletion requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

A successful deletion removes your account and the data owned by that account, including:

• Notifications and notification actions.
• Projects, project settings, project lists, and memberships.
• Agentic sessions, scheduled tasks, monitors, and agent teams.
• API keys.
• Registered devices and push tokens.
• Sign-in identities, user settings, entitlements, and quota overrides.
• Steering messages and approval records.
• Crash reports linked to your account.

Uploaded media is purged before the account row is deleted when storage is reachable. If media storage has a transient failure, database deletion still completes and any orphaned media is left unreachable for storage lifecycle cleanup.

What may be kept

• Diagnostic HTTP logs include request id, status, latency, and an error category. The privacy policy states these logs roll over after 30 days.
• Billing audit rows may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Account deletion removes the user id, provider event id, and billing payload from those rows, leaving only deidentified source, event type, and receipt time.

We do not keep an active Agent Notifier account record or linked app content after successful deletion.
