Agent Notifier Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 August 2026
What we collect
- Apple ID identifier - Sign in with Apple returns a stable opaque user id (no email unless you choose to share it). We use it to map your devices to your account.
- Google account identifier - when Google Sign-In is available, it returns a stable account id, verified email address, and profile display name. We use these to authenticate and map devices to your account. We do not request contacts, files, calendars, or other Google account data.
- Android beta group membership - if you join the public Android tester group, Google processes the email address and group membership for that Google account. Agent Notifier group managers can see the member list. Group conversations are limited to members and posting is limited to managers.
- APNs push token - required to deliver notifications to your iPhone. Stored alongside your account.
- Agent activity events - the title, body, tool name, command/prompt summary, file paths, and timing of events your hook scripts send to
/v1/messages. We store what you send. Secrets and bearer tokens are stripped at ingest by the server's redaction layer; private keys and recognised credential shapes are rejected. - StoreKit transaction data - Apple-signed transaction identifiers are sent to our backend to activate and enforce your Pro entitlement. We never receive payment card details.
- Diagnostic logs - HTTP request id, status, latency, and a per-request error category. No request bodies are persisted in logs.
What we do NOT collect
- No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
- No location, contacts, photos, or other device data.
- No payment card numbers - subscriptions are processed by Apple and we only see the StoreKit transaction outcome.
Where your data lives
Agent Notifier stores account data in PostgreSQL and may store user-uploaded media in configured object storage. Push delivery goes through Apple Push Notification service. We use service providers only to operate Agent Notifier and do not sell, rent, or use your data for advertising.
Retention
Account data remains while your account is active. Confirming Settings > Delete Account permanently removes your account and associated projects, sessions, notifications, uploaded media, API keys, devices, entitlements, lists, and settings. Diagnostic logs roll over after 30 days. Deidentified billing audit records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Deleting your Agent Notifier account does not remove membership in the Google-hosted Android beta group. Leave that group separately to remove your email from its member list.
StoreKit subscriptions
Agent Notifier Pro is sold as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual). Subscription length, price, renewal, and billing are governed by Apple's Standard EULA. You can manage or cancel any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; renewal happens 24 hours before the period ends unless cancelled. Deleting your Agent Notifier account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Your rights
You can permanently delete your account directly in the iOS app: open Settings, tap Delete Account, review the affected data, and confirm. No email, support request, additional account, or password is required. To request a copy of your data, email yash@nexaitech.in. We respond within 30 days.
