Agent Notifier Terms of Service

What the service does

Agent Notifier lets developers send push notifications from AI agents, scripts, CI jobs, and developer tools to their phones and web feed. Notifications can include project context, files, media, progress updates, action buttons, replies, and steering messages that route back to an agent or workflow.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content your agents, scripts, API keys, and users send through Agent Notifier.
• Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harassing, harmful, or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not try to disrupt the service, bypass limits, probe systems without permission, or use stolen credentials.
• Keep API keys and account credentials secure. Rotate or revoke keys that may have been exposed.
• Only send content and attachments that you have the right to process through the service.

Plans and billing

The Free tier includes 100 lifetime notifications. Agent Notifier Pro provides unlimited notification sending while subscribed. Canonical Pro pricing is USD $9.99 monthly or USD $99.99 yearly.

On iOS, Pro subscriptions are purchased through the App Store and are managed under your Apple ID subscriptions. Apple handles payment processing and renewal. Deleting your Agent Notifier account does not cancel an App Store subscription.

The Android build currently ships without in-app purchase. If Pro is not offered in your app build, you can continue using the Free tier or contact support about available options.

Account deletion and termination

You may permanently delete your account in the app. See account deletion for the current steps and data details. We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk for other users, or is used to abuse the service.

No warranty

Agent Notifier is provided as is and as available. We work to keep notifications reliable, but we do not guarantee that every message, action response, attachment, or push notification will be delivered without delay, loss, or interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NexAI Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or missed alerts arising from your use of Agent Notifier.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and provide reasonable notice through the app, website, or email when practical. Continuing to use Agent Notifier after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
